Industry Interest Group: If you are interested in being part of the Core Strategic Team, contact Sujit Ghosh at sujit.ghosh@ncsu.edu. NC ASA membership is strongly preferred for Core Strategic Team members. The Core Strategic Team is tasked with identifying and executing actionable items, e.g., a list of webinars that would be of interest to NC ASA community particularly for members who are not in academic institutions. The IIG's Core Strategic Team conducted a survey during the summer of 2018 to gauge the interest among our members and the broader statistical community in specific topics, events, and opportunities. All NC statisticians were welcome to take NC ASA's IIG sponsored Statistician Interests Survey! Survey Results are in! The survey results were summarized in the NC ASA Fall Newsletter, and the full results can be found here. Based on this feedback, the IIG has launched a Professional Development Webinar Series to meet the professional development needs of our community.
